Constitutional Fortitude
I’m not gonna let some unenlightened fool tell me what to do. This is America and if I want to turn the heater up to max and cool myself off by jumping into a pile of snow collecting beneath a permanently open window then I can. How dare you tell me this is irresponsible. I pay my rent. If I want to decorate the hallways of my home with mud I can because this is America and I can act like a slob in my own home if I want to. I pay my rent. I know my rights. This is America, and nobody can tell me to do anything. It’s in the Constitution. Look it up.
